Product order tracking

At Ciscokids, we strive to keep stock available for our boutique parts supply. However, most of our composite (fibreglass or carbon fibre) items are made to order. To help you stay up-to-date on the progress of your order, we’d like to offer you this order tracker to let you know what stage of the process your item is currently in.

For Australian customers – please allow up to twelve weeks from order payment to delivery.
For Overseas customers – please allow up to twelve weeks before postage.

This tracker is specific to composite items only. All mechanical items and merchandise are available according to product stock information and are posted within 2 business days.

Please review the order number on your invoice to use this tracker. From there, we calculate the expected delivery date from the order date.

Tracking Status Definitions

  • Processing: Your order is paid for, and we are trying to find the next available spot in the manufacturing backlog.
  • Manufacturing Backlog: You are in the queue for manufacturing. This may mean that the mould is currently in use or we need more floor space to manufacture it.
  • Under Construction: We have started layering fibreglass or vacuuming that carbon, and your product is being made.
  • Quality Control: The product is out of the mould, and excess fibreglass or carbon is being trimmed back to ensure the product has no blemishes.
  • Ready for Pickup: Your part is ready to be picked up from one of our two locations, determined at the point of order.
  • Preparing for Freight: Your item is ready to be wrapped and boxed, and the courier has been booked.
  • Completed: The courier has picked up the item, and you will now be provided with a tracking number to monitor delivery.
